Radio and Network Planning
Siklu’s well-known deployment flexibility enables a wide variety of WISP, Smart City, Critical Infrastructure and Security applications. Siklu by Ceragon customers have access to two powerful tools to determine a network design optimized for considerations such as BOM or LoS — the Link Budget Calculator and Siklu’s patented SmartHaul™ WiNDE (Wireless Network Design Engine).
Implementation and Integration
Siklu by Ceragon is streamlining the deployment of Gigabit-speed wireless networks by making its equipment easier to install and commission. We cover “best practices” for optimal installation, such as, antenna alignment, secure mounting and the drip loops on cables. Further, SikluCare engineers can assist with integrating your new network into a new or existing wireline network.
Training
Siklu by Ceragon offers online and in-person training to get the most out of your network. Options include online E-learning classes, webinars and videos on our YouTube channel. In-person training can be held at a customer facility or at an industry event or conference. Further, custom-designed courses can address issues not covered by our standard course offerings.
Warranty, Service and Support
With more than 200,000 units in the field, Siklu by Ceragon has a well-earned reputation for quality and reliability. But issues do arise and in response to customer feedback, Siklu by Ceragon now offers the “Pro” and “Elite” support options. New features include priority 8×5 phone support, remote login capability and access to all software updates.
Monitoring and Optimization
Siklu’s full-featured “SmartHaul™” Element Management System covers networks ranging from a single EtherHaul™ link to a MutliHaul™ Terragraph network with thousands of nodes. The EMS can be integrated into an existing NMS and deployed on-premise or virtually in the cloud. Ongoing audits of a network’s physical environment can predict possible problem areas well in advance.
